In loving memory of Derek Scott
Our beloved Derek passed away on 29th January 2024 at Glenfield Hospital in Leicester. He was 57 years old. Since his initial diagnosis of leukaemia in 2011, and through many further health challenges, he has fought with immense strength and courage to stay with us. His family were the dearest thing in his life. We were all at his side and we will miss him deeply.
In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations to Anthony Nolan, who gave us 12 more precious years with Derek. If you or someone you know are aged 16-30, we encourage you to sign up to Anthony Nolan and join the stem cell register to give people like Derek a second chance.
